Not working on Android Oreo

I am trying use this code for one of my applications and i tested it on Android oreo device but its not working there. Please help. Thanks :)

there is no error log for Oreo devices because background restrictions have been imposed by google from Oreo and onward. I am from India and 6+ years of experience.

Hi, Sorry for late reply, i was much busy. Today i just checkout project and run on android 8.0 - mobile huwai nova lite 2, screen shot is attached. Let me know your android exact version and device name? Also send me your screen shot of this demo application.

For foreground service it run smoothly, while in background it does not get the location.I'm using android 9 Pie( Redmi Note 6 pro).

Hello,
I have an issue when i get to background , i removed the comment for the thread and added the requestLocationUpdates function but when i get to the background it send me the last location when wasnt in the background.
