Feature request: use the git configured commit template

As described in the git documentation, one can use a personalized git commit template (defined with $ git config --global commit.template ~/.gitmessage.txt with or without the --global).

I think atomatigit would be a little bit better if it would be able to take this template by default when creating the COMMIT_EDITMSG_ATOMATIGIT file.
