Lists should be implemented as native lists to improve screenreader functionality.

I actually think this is just an example and should still be done. In Categories.tsx we pass list items as Footer without actually using a List.

No this was a "list" in the content that was not correctly inserted in cms i guess. We can check if inserting a list in cms results in a correct cms in the frontend, so content-lists are also displayed correctly.
