Describe the bug
When trying to create a new users there is an error message "Email addresse wird bereits verwendet" and user cannot be created.

To Reproduce

  1. Log into administration
  2. Go to Benutzer verwalten -> Benutzer hinzufügen
  3. Insert an email that does not yet exist
  4. Click "Benutzer hinzufügen"
  5. See error

Expected behavior
A new user is created.
