Also stops users from manually passing in .css, .json, .md to prettier by specifying the files as arguments.

Nice, much cleaner!

I was confused by the implicit filtering of collectJsFiles as an alternative to explicit whitelisted(whitelists.js). Now there's a consistent abstraction level 👍
