Which area this feature is related to?
/area api

Which functionality do you think we should add?

Ability to specify the ServiceAccount for container component

Why is this needed? Is your feature request related to a problem?
We are doing Operator development using odo (and hence Devfile). We would like to be able to specify ServiceAccount for the container component to communicate with Kubernetes cluster.

Detailed description:
Same as above.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ability to specify the ServiceAccount for container component

Describe alternatives you've considered

Used kubernetes component with ServiceAccount info. But that doesn't help because we would prefer the main component created using odo dev to have this information baked into it.

Issue on odo repo

redhat-developer/odo#5977
