Issue Description

As part of #1303 we should check if we can update the following dependencies (by updating the direct dependencies) to a version that is not using the golang.org/x/net@v0.8.0:

  • k8s.io/apimachinery
  • k8s.io/klog/v2
  • k8s.io/utils

Acceptance Criteria

  • Direct dependencies using k8s packages should be updated.
  • Use the same versions that HAS uses

Putting in Sprint 2250 is it has priority critical and I might have the time work on this
