Code of Conduct

Purpose

The Technojam community is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all members, regardless of age, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, or religion. We value the diversity of our community and strive to foster a positive and respectful space for everyone.

Expected Behavior

All members of the Technojam community are expected to:

  • Be respectful and considerate of others.
  • Be open to constructive criticism and feedback.
  • Exercise empathy and kindness in all interactions.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
  • Respect the privacy and personal space of others.

Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
  • Verbal, physical, or visual abuse.
  • Inappropriate language or offensive jokes.
  • Any form of unwelcome attention or stalking.
  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior during community events or discussions.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to the community organizers immediately. All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly and confidentially. The community organizers have the right to take appropriate corrective action, including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans, as deemed necessary.

Community Guidelines

  • Follow the Contributing Guidelines when participating in the development of Technojam projects.
  • Engage in discussions with respect for diverse opinions and experiences.
  • Help create an inclusive and positive community by welcoming new members and encouraging collaboration.
