We cannot the Slack Notification Plugin to v2.0.1 because of jenkinsci/slack-plugin#188

Having both the Environment Injector Plugin and the Slack Notification Plugin causes a crash on boot.

It looks like the issues is related to the slack plugin trying to migrate from v1 config to v2 config, so we might be able to resolve it by uninstalling the v1.8.1 version of the plugin and then installing and reconfiguring the v2 version of the plugin.

There is a "by hand" fix referenced at the bottom of the thread above
