Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

At the moment the login logo is hardcoded for uds-core, some hero's want to use their own logos and make the experience more customized. (PBME and Valid-Eval at this time would both benefit from this).

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow the option for a user to provide a different svg from uds-core deployment to be injected into the uds-identity-config image and be used by the theme.

I am wondering if we want to provide a URL to an image through uds overrides. Say a Mission hero has a hosted image that we can pull from instead of it living in the jar.
