Hi Dear,
In your papers about Wannier centers

you said you transformed the coordinates of wannier wavefunction centers into the local frame.
I would like to know if you did that in the DWFC code or you did that when you prepare the raw data?
Do we need to tranform the centers by ourselves before we start training or the your code can do it automatically?
