Thumbnails and screens do not load

Description:

Thumbnails and screens do not load in the Genesis Plaza event board as well as in the Color Pop minigame, users who experience this issue also report that the initial loading takes longer than usual.

Thumbnails/screens load normally

Current Behavior:

Thumbnails/screens stay blank and do not load graphics

Steps to reproduce:

-launch the client
-observe thumbnails on the Event Board
-teleport to the Color Pop minigame and observe the game screen
