[QA] Seed Scene | When clicking the buttons from the building the camera makes a spin

Issue Description:

When going to The seed scene and click the buttons in order to go up or down...when the user is taken to different floors the camera seems to spin before reaching to the floor

STR:

1. Open 0.47.0
2. Go to the seed
3. Click on any button
4. Check that the camera spins

❌ Actual Result:

When going to The seed scene and click the buttons in order to go up or down...when the user is taken to different floors the camera seems to spin before reaching to the floor

✔️ Expected Result:

Camera should not spin while the user is teleported to a floor on the Seed
