Network setup tips

Hello guys. I'm using the lag-related barrier between a Windows 11 PC and an M1 macbook connected on the same network, windows being via cable and macbook via wireless 5G.
I also use a machine with Fedora Linux 36 that has the same problem in communicating with the mac.
Any tips or guidance on how to configure the network to prioritize traffic or optimize communication with the barrier? I tried to disable ssl on the server barrier but to no avail.
