How can we make it easier for other entities to run their own Grant Explorer on top of a canonical Grant Registry?

One of our goals is to enable others to host their own grant explorers allowing others to run rounds on their platform. The vision is for the underlying pool of grants to be shared between all instances of the grant explorer. Currently the way that our tools are set up deploying new contracts will also deploy a new grant round contract which is not desired.

Let's discuss how we set up these tools to make it easier for others to spin up their own instance and utilize the shared grant pool.

Let's also discuss how we handle a canonical grant registry considering we may support multiple blockchains.
