I have particular need to have 10 quotes on a page. I first considered adding a non-random quote plugin, which you then can reorder in 'structure mode', but having 10 random quotes would also be an option. A simple plugin configuration that defaults to one is the idea.

Feel free to do so, as long as the default behavior isn't changed / broken.
