libssh supposedly supports OS/2 which means for the first time ever Kermit for OS/2 could have an integrated SSH client!

Doing this will require:

OpenSSL for OS/2 #156
Getting libssh building for OS/2
porting the threading and synchronisation code in the SSH subsystem from Win32 to OS/2.
