Hi, some of the calculations in MoSeq2-Analysis-Visualization-Notebook (scalar_df, Linear Classifier using MoSeq Syllables...) take substantial amount of time. Consider adding progress bar or just a simple message before and after compute is done. Currently, only way to know the computation is in progress is look at the CPU usage.
