TableStacker doesn't work in IE-11 #129

Table doesn't show up in IE-11.

Ex. http://data.mysanantonio.com/texas-national-parks-attendance-2009-2013/

Ex. http://spreadsheets.latimes.com/amusement-park-accidents/

In the second version, the table shows up briefly then disappears. I'm looking into this myself and I'll report back with any information I gather.
