Problem statement

We do not verify requirements to be met before binding Unity Catalog with a workspace

Proposed Solution

Verify the following to be met:

  • No submit runs that use DFSA paths
    • Broader: no submit runs are ran at all
    • Narrow: Filter submit runs with DFSA access
