I'm using ImageAboveText to create my resume. To optimize it for applicant tracking software while still having it look nice, I have my resume body in plain text underneath a PNG file of the designed version of my resume, made on another website and downloaded. That way, when I save it as a PDF, the plain text under the image can still be read by the software.
However, I'm noticing that when I use ImageAboveText, the plain text underneath the image is no longer readable and disappears. For example, when I save the text and image as a PDF and then try to view it as a .txt. file, all the plain text has disappeared.
Is there any workaround for this? I don't have a Microsoft office license, so google docs is my only option right now.
Thanks!
