Look into new features of shiny 0.13 to see if shinyjs needs to adapt anything

shiny v0.13 intoruces many new concepts and some of them may need my attention in order to work with shinyjs. Modules have already been addressed (#50), but I should look at how the new HTML templates work and see if they work with shinyjs. Maybe there are other features too.

For anyone else who sees this: I really really have to focus on writing a paper and my thesis super fast in the next couple months, so unfortunately I don't have too much time to work on shinyjs right now, but I'll definitely take a look when I can
