You compiled the program with debug versions of Visual C++ libraries, not release versions. Why?

This may be the result of a bug in the automated build workflow. 7a3122b should fix this (if that is indeed the cause). The attached file is a new binary that shouldn't contain any debug dependencies. Could you confirm if this works?
