Common users are having a hard time figuring how to select a chat. They don't know they have to export the Telegram (from PC) or Whatsapp (mobile) chat and import the .txt or .zip.

To enhance the common user experience, we should incorporate a <Help /> component.

Any ideas or suggestions please comment.
