  • we want to give users type-completions by adding a JSDoc comment to the scaffolded plugins file

this enables type completions for plugin events like on('before:browser:launch')

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#6322, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
