Feature: Copy to clipboard and custom characters

The latest version of passed.pw now includes the ability to copy the generated password to the clipboard. This uses nihey/react-clipboard as a wrapper for zenorocha/clipboard.js. There is currently no support for Safari browsers and the feature simply degrades to a text selection.

Also included in this version is the ability to create a password based on a custom set of characters supplied by the user. When active, the Avoid Ambiguous option is ignored for these characters.
