C++ Version of the Blob Detector

Installation

Using Anaconda / Miniconda

conda create -n blob_detector -y python~=3.9.0 opencv~=4.5
conda activate blob_detector

Compilation and installation

mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=${CONDA_PREFIX} ..
make -j && make install

Examples

Example images can be found in the examples/images folder.

Visualize the detections

cd examples/visualization
mkdir build && cd build
cmake ..
make -j4

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${CONDA_PREFIX}/lib ./detect ../../images/2021-08-02_Weinschale_4846.JPG

Output:
