I am a developer in a startup with 3 annotators. Up until now we had almost 1TB of data including images and videos.
The storage was on the same place that the application is running as its default implementaion.
The problem is we will need to expand the storage space by time and everytime we need about 2* current server space + free volume to store all the data (one for saving the backups and the other to expand the volume) and this is a real pain also costs us twice as much.
What is the best way to deal with such a problem? How did the cvat.ai developers handle this problem as they have millions of usres ?
