create or update dimension does not work if the model does not contain any cubes

f you use the function on a model without any cube, the API returns you:Text: '{"error":{"code":"278","message":"'}CubeProperties' can not be found in collection of type 'Cube'."}}' - Status Code: 404 - Reason: 'Not Found' - Headers: {'Content-Length': '112', 'Connection': 'keep-alive', 'Content-Encoding ': 'gzip', 'Cache-Control': 'no-cache', 'Content-Type': 'application/json; charset=utf-8', 'OData-Version': '4.0'}
But if you try to create the cube '}CubePropertiesand test before its existence the API tells you that the cube exists.
This is also visible in ARCHITECT, which does not show the cube in the list of control cubes until you have created a cube. This appears to be an API bug, not TM1py.
