Environment

Platform version: 6.9, 6.10, 7.0
Operating system: Windows, Linux

Description of the bug or enhancement

Create a table to display images (via ##band)
Specify the format - ImageFileId, Image, Bitmap or html
Specify the size 200x800 (or any other)

Expected:
Images are displayed at the required scale

Actual:
The picture changes the scale to another
