at Remote-WSL mode, svgviewer makes the editor stop initializing #67

when i install and enable the svgviewer on wsl. the editor is frozen and stops initialization.
The log shows that the remote connection to wsl was disconnected.
my svgviewer version is 2.0.0, and vscode version is 1.43.2
