Self reflection mode

Having implemented crews with QA evaluator function and seeing some other frameworks probably useful to implement a self reflection option at an agent level. So that the quality of output is through and complete.

e.g.
Self-reflection enables agents to:

Evaluate their own responses before delivery
Check for completeness and accuracy
Improve output quality through iteration
Ensure task requirements are met
Make conscious decisions about their responses
