Clear and concise description of the problem

Diketahui bahwa file csv dan json yang ada di folder resources ini cukup besar untuk disertakan pada distribusi composer.

du -sh resources/*
 34M    resources/csv
 87M    resources/json

Tentu nya ini akan berdampak pada proses download yang cukup lama, terlebih file yang ada di folder tersebut tidak digunakan pada saat distribusi.

Suggested solution

Tambahkan pengecualian untuk 2 folder tersebut agar tidak disertakan pada distribusi composer.
