Using dbt-external-tables

Dear @hlcianfagna,

while exploring the dbt ecosystem, I just discovered the dbt-external-tables module. It provides:

• Macros to create/replace external tables and refresh their partitions, using the metadata provided in your .yml file source definitions.
• Snowflake-specific macros to create, backfill, and refresh snowpipes, using the same metadata.

Can I ask you to evaluate if this would be sensible to use in any way for/with dbt-cratedb2?
