VERY buggy portal 2 vpk editing

Describe the Bug

When i try to save portal 2 vpk file it will mess up other files that have been changed, for example i added a new material and vmt and saved: material is not showing up (as the image itself) and vmt has the material raw file

To Reproduce

1. Open portal 2 vpk
2. Add two of any file
3. Save it

The bug is caused when adding new files to the portal 2's vpk, usualy it will only save 1 file's code and apply to every new file added.
For example:
There are 2 files that i added, one called "orangebot.vtf" and second one "menu.txt", after you saved the vpk file and then restarted vpkedit it will override orangebot.vtf to have whatever menu.txt had written.
Also this bug only happens in portal 2

Sorry, I can't reproduce this still. Are you deleting the original files before saving the VPK?
