I would like to inquire about the repeated one-week bans on my account, as I am being accused of using cheating tools. I sincerely swear that I do not use any illegal methods, yet I keep getting banned without any clear justification. This situation is very frustrating for me.

Additionally, I would like to understand why no video evidence is recorded to prove that I am violating the rules before imposing a ban. Being penalized without solid proof makes it difficult for me to defend myself and prove my innocence.

I kindly request you to review any logs or records that might explain the reason for this repeated punishment. I would really appreciate your support in resolving this issue and preventing it from happening again.
