Consider if we want to add support for ERC-7281 (aka xERC20).

Some previous context from Serdar's investiagtion:

  • it didn’t have many users
  • No native support in openzeppelin
  • Reference implementation is not upgradable, and not directly usable by us
  • An IBC spec may be better

Questionable immediate benefit for the amount of work to safely support
