Summary

Add a webhook that notifies on the status of cron-jobs to Slack, see #3822 (review)

Currently, cron-jobs only notify the person who most recently modified the workflow file it is launched from. It might be helpful to have a dedicate channel for pushing notifications for these runs instead.

A good possible candidate for this https://github.com/marketplace/actions/slack-notify
