Summary

Remove types/ folder and bring all the files to the top level

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged/assigned

What's the reason for doing this?

If we move the files, this will be API breaking, right?

code hygiene. The current structure makes no sense. Pretty sure this would be API breaking because the imports would change, but the import changes with every major version bump anyways
