A "minimum order value" would be a nice feature.

To describe it a bit better:

Having the possibility to somehow configure what a "valid" or "checkoutable" Cart is. Like minimum value of €50. Since CoreShop already has a very powerful Rule Engine, we can use that to define what a "valid" Cart is. Any other ideas?
