Steps to reproduce

Setting the show_title_bar option to true:

set to false:

Expected Behavior

When I set show_title_bar option to false, title will disappear.

Actual Behavior

When I set show_title_bar option to false, title still exit.

Hm, I am not sure that contour can change this, usually this behavior defined by window manager. Maybe @christianparpart can correct me

I'm sure contour can change this, at least lastest Release can:

This is Windows related, for linux this works properly, not sure if it's possible to remove decorations on Windows

I can also repro this if I run contour under Linux virtual box vm in windows.

Okay this is also present on native Linux, on Gnome. I am running Contour Terminal Emulator 0.3.13-master-362a2868
