This migration would be necessary as we will requires at some points migrating to the latest version.

The migrations cannot be done today as it has two majors issues

• The argos test are becoming flaky when migrating, here is the related issue open on their side argos screenshots test became flaky in 3.1.1 facebook/docusaurus#9805

They have the same issue since migrating, since we are using similar code than them, we can wait for them to fix it

• The update is discovering some issues with ours links, making some of them broken. We need to address that in a dedicated PR see Migrating from 3.0.0 to 3.1.1 result in "found broken links" facebook/docusaurus#9803 for details and explanation.
