cph list a remote package?

What is the idea?

#236 was recently released and I tried on a remote package and it didn't work. Should we be able to pass it a URL? I feel like this would be extremely useful.

Why is this needed?

I regularly work with packages that are not on the channels supported by https://conda-metadata-app.streamlit.app/?q=pkgs%2Fmain, which means that getting the list requires me to download the package.
