Loss of content types of adding concerto-remote-video plugin #44

It seems that when I add conceto-remote-video plugin in 2.3.6 (pre-built OVA image) I loose the ability to add other content types. So post install of this plugin I will be restricted to video, text, and graphic. Where as prior to the plugin I have access to all the content types. Is there something at conflict? Or am I missing a step to repair or fix the database?
