[BUG] Private modifier Constructor

Overview of the issue

The PRIVATE modifier is not being displayed on a class definition that has it's constructor set to private.

Compodoc installed globally or locally ?

Motivation for or Use Case

I believe that the modifier should be show.

Reproduce the error

Create a class with a private constructor.
