Need a script to refresh those badges

We need script that can refresh the badges added to each of these items.

If it’s more than 4 months old, it should remove those new badges

Sure, But how do we get the last update time? Last Commit Time, IMHO this will not be the right strategy. Since some of the badges are even older than that.

For Example

Let us suppose I made a commit today to update a Blog, But there is a badge from previous commit and It is used same in this blog as well.
