Sandpack creating default files even i load it with my own files

I provided a react template from git repo to sandpack, but it's also generating default files(baisc html, js files when no template attribute is mentioned , and load bais creact files when template="react') and not rendering my files.

its creating files like index.js, index.html etc in the root folder. How to prevent this? Also i dont want to provide entry point(or is it required?).

also wondering if nodebox is better for me? Like i wont know which stack am running so i need shell access to to run my own commands and may need to pull up another shell for backend also.

is this deprecated? Like its updated last year. Or is sandpack 2.0 same as nodebox? But I couldn't find anything related filesystem methods in sandpack but its there in this link.
