Add Social Media Share Icons to Projects

Add Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn "share" icons to projects that allow users to tweet/post a link to the project with a prewritten but editable tweet or update.

Default Twitter text:
"The @codeforkc Brigade needs your mad skills to help with [insert Project Name]. Check it out! [URL to project]"

Facebook & LinkedIn text:
"The Code for KC Brigade needs your mad skills to help with [insert Project Name]. Check it out! [URL to project]"
