@jasonfharper finally found my notes to update the Code of Conduct

  • There is no one named "they" or "them"
  • No need to repeat, sounds like criticism, you can follow up with email, slack, or an issue
  • when addressing a problem give a solution or request a solution
  • we are here to solve a problem, not to beat problems to death
  • Is it useful, kind, and nessary - this came from three things to review your emails before pressing send.
  • the best way to have volunteers be productive is for them to have fun while working on projects.
