I had a quick look at the extension list in this pack and it looks like all the extensions are currently available on the Open VSX registry except for:

• https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=bitlang.cobol
• https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=BrianJGarland.vscode-rpgfree

@brandonp42 I believe a request will need to be made for each of these extensions to publish there first before this pack can be published.
